In addition to construction management services on this $21 million 1990 project consisting of an 18,000 sq. ft. 2-story executive office building with 4-lane entrance road and extensive utility work, Continental Group also represented the owner before the Planning and Zoning Boards. The approval process which included several variances, a major subdivision and site plan approval delayed work approximately 90 days. Yet, despite performing the construction task during the coldest December and January in local history, the building was delivered via a design-build format with work completed on schedule and under budget.
