IBM Building 504, Fishkill, New York

In addition to construction management services on this $21 million 1990 project consisting of an 18,000 sq. ft. 2-story executive office building with 4-lane entrance road and extensive utility work, Continental Group also represented the owner before the Planning and Zoning Boards. The approval process which included several variances, a major subdivision and site plan approval delayed work approximately 90 days. Yet, despite performing the construction task during the coldest December and January in local history, the building was delivered via a design-build format with work completed on schedule and under budget.

IBM Buildings 500/502 Fishkill, N.Y.

Continental Group performed renovation of this $1.9 million 1991 project consisting of office/laboratory spacem including upgrade of the mechanical system, re-roofing, refurbishing exterior and site work.

Replay Country Stores
(SoHo, New York City
and Hollywood, California)

Continental Group managed the construction of two retail outlets for a major European retailer (Replay Country Store) from January 1993 through December 1994 located in New York City (10,000 sq. ft., $1.5 million) and Hollywood, California (7,000 sq ft., $800,000).

Continental Group managed the $380,000 reconstruction and signalizing of a multi-lane highway intersection completed September 1991.

Winewood Office Complex
Tallahassee, Florida

Continental Group managed the construction of a 330,000 sq. ft. $6 million 1995-1998 project consisting of eight buildings occupied by the State of Florida HRS Headquarters. Continental Group provided Solicitation for Offer (SFO) analysis, budgeting of tenant fit-up requirements, scheduling, analysis of existing plant and facilities, interviewing and procuring architect, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, requisitioning and payment analysis, supervision, etc. The project was completed in 5 phases, all while the State was in occupancy of the space, requiring close coordination with tenant, temporary protection and move supervision.

Continental Group managed the construction of a $1.8 million 6-story condominium with parking garage completed December 1989.

Merbrook, Inc., Fishkill, New York

Continental Group managed the $125,000 construction of a sewer extension and abandonment of sewer treatment plant for Merbrook, Inc. completed March 1992.

Newburgh, New York

Continental Group managed the renovation of a 302,000 sq. ft. $6.5 million retail shopping center providing budgeting, value engineering, bid support, scheduling, construction supervision and surveillance completed July 1989.

Continental Group managed the 1988 exterior restoration of a fascia/soffit, including repointing and caulking.

Continental Group managed the construction of a 31,000 sq. ft. 3-story $3.4 million office building (shell) completed December 1986.

Continental Group managed the construction of a $2.8 million, 34-unit, 5-story condominium completed March 1989.

Continental Group managed the construction of a 2500 sq. ft., 6-chair dental facility with X-ray equipment, dental lab and reception area completed August 1988.

White Sail Condominium,

Continental Group managed the construction of a $5.4 million, 66-unit condominium with lake frontage, extensive common dockage and pool. Project was completed October 1987.

Continental Group managed the construction of a $1.5 million, 64,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse with railroad siding and extensive sitework. Project completed May 1988.
